Hello there. I've found a lot of success in the retail industry by focusing on development, versatility, and communication. Throughout my various roles, in and out of leadership, I strived to develop not only my own skills but my team members' as well. In efforts to reduce company turnover I've sought to build strong teams of capable individuals and create a welcoming and friendly work environment. 📝 Effective communication amongst a team is an essential ingredient for success and bridging the gaps in understanding one another's thought processes. 🌐 There are often many moving parts in play and understanding all the different pieces is extremely valuable to productivity and efficiency. 💯 Creating a culture of self-driven and motivated minds is key to building a successful team. Establishing strong teams that can reach their full potential and better serve the customer has definitely been the most exciting aspect of my career.
