With a decade of experience in formal leadership roles, leading teams from 12 to 100 people, and a wide variety of revenue responsibilities, there is a common thread in all of them that fires me up. The stories and shared experiences with the people that have made these teams great teams. As a leader, we carry the honor and burden of walking with people in their lives and helping them build and find the best versions of themselves. Sometimes they need us to walk with them through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Often this is challenging, uncomfortable, and at times very heavy when you actually care about your team members. It is also one of the most rewarding experiences in the world to see them win.
