Zachary Norgaard

As the Associate Director of Production Bioinformatics at TwinStrand Biosciences, I lead a team in agile development of data analysis and bioinformatics software for use by our internal research scientists and external customers. This software is used in analyzing data for experiments involving allogenic cell therapy, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), mutagenesis, and gene editing. I'm also responsible for collaborating with other leaders to set and implement department policies maintaining ISO9001:2015 and SOC 2 Type I compliance. Previously, I developed an AWS cloud deployed batch processing pipeline for analyzing next generation sequencing (NGS) data generated with Nanostring's GeoMX Digital Spatial Profiler.
