Automotive interior financial professional at YanFeng Automotive Interiors. During my time with CapTrust I was challenged to complete a wide variety of tasks and projects independently, often designing processes and problem solving on my own. This position required high initiative and self-motivation, along with strong time management skills. Completed projects included creating a fully macro-automated expense report tool in excel, assisting with data migration from one client relationship management (CRM) software to a new CRM tool, and helping build custom reports for client reviews. During this time, I also assisted with solutions for legislated requirements from the SEC. I created a 13D reporting tool for CapTrust, and also designed, implemented, and documented the results of a simulation to test CapTrust’s current business continuity plan and recommended future improvements. In addition, I was exposed to the selection process for choosing money managers, as well as many other aspects of investment consulting. My consulting experience at the Center for Faithful Leadership (CFL) is what has had the single largest impact on me during my time at Hope. CFL is one of only a handful of programs in the United States offering students hands-on consulting experience. Clients range from non-profit organizations to multi-billion dollar international companies.
