Zachery Bonzheim

I am currently an assistant project manager at Landmark Properties, headquartered in Athens, Georgia. Landmark has been named the top developer for student housing in the United States for six years running. I have previously served as a project engineer at KCG Companies out of Atlanta, Georgia. I worked alongside sites' project managers and construction managers to ensure timely and effective delivery on multi-million dollar multi-family housing projects in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. In 2020, I served as a Project Manager at KO Construction in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I worked to ensure subcontractors, bids, job sites, and designs are met in an efficient and effective manner. I am a former Masters of Urban and Regional Planning graduate student at Michigan State University. I had a graduate GPA of 4.0 and earned a Certificate in Domicology (the management of deconstruction and demolition), along with having my Domicoligical research published in Transforming the 21st Century Built Environment: Selected Student Papers In Domicology in Spring 2020. That same semester, my excellence in the classroom was further recognized when I was awarded the Malcom C. Drummond-Shunichi Hagiwara Scholarship, a scholarship for urban planning graduate students at MSU. I completed my undergrad at Michigan State University in December 2019. I finished with a cumulative GPA of 3.5611 while majoring in Global Politics and minoring in The City (Urban and Regional Planning). As an undergrad, I was in multiple clubs and organizations including rowing for Michigan State Crew (Men's Rowing).
