I pay attention to details, but prefer my innate global approach to problem solving. I can nimbly get to the source of dissention and provide viable solutions that incorporate vast and varied stakeholder concerns. I am an excellent presenter and have no difficulty working in front of a large crowd or focusing on developing my relationships with small groups or individuals. I am a leader; I lead from the ingenuity of interactive group work instead of leading from an office or phone. I have held multiple positions and levels of leadership; I know how to develop a team in ways they could not imagine and I know how to keep them together and stay centered on the goal, sometimes in spite of themselves. I work well with superiors and readily support the infrastructures necessary for an institution’s growth. I can get large groups of people moving in the direction that produces the most efficient results while taking the time to work with individuals to maximize their contribution to the team effort. I can manage myriad tasks and multiple deadlines. I can disseminate massive amounts of paperwork into a manageable and productive collection of goals and strategies.Creating a team from a group is a skill that I have perfected. I can quickly assess the skill sets of team members and, from these various skill sets, create a team (or teams) that effectively collaborates and completes numerous tasks, especially if these tasks are divided among the different team members. I have the knack for keeping it all together.
