I am an IT and multi-media professional with a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education. I have experience in; project management, support, training, IT service, web development and team management. I have excellent communication skills, which aide my outstanding teacher and trainer ability. I have a proven track record in adapting to and learning new systems/programs and applying best practice methodologies. I am flexible and dependable with experience of administrating a corporate systems especially VLE systems. I believe in continual professional development and regularly keep up to date with trends in the industry through journals, Blogs and the industry press. I have effectively completed a PGCE in education and acquired a PRINCE2 certificate in project management, these have further enhanced my skills, in my current capacity, as a trainer in learning technologies. Being a conscientious employee; I work successfully both within a team and individually, plus I am a member of the Customer Service Excellence Group. I take ownership for the end-to-end delivery of a project, while managing and motivating team members in order that they perform consistently to a high standard. My knowledge of the business, allows me to deploy changes effectively and seamlessly to the customers and operations, while avoiding disruption to service.
