After five years of being a consultant on Sustainable Business and Investment Strategies at Arkadiko Partners in London, I have joined Industriens Pension in Denmark as Head of Sustainable Development. I continue in my roles as a Board Member. My focus is in developing and implementing strategies for long-term sustainable business and investment practices, aligning the interests of shareholders, economies and society. Examples of core offerings: - Discovery and articulation of purpose, values and beliefs - Co-creation of a firm-wide strategy relating to sustainable investment - Determination of current and desired positioning in the investment industry - Creating a common language for sustainability - Assisting with the evolution of investment processes to ensure effective integration of ESG and sustainability considerations - Developing a stewardship framework, including processes and systems for managing, recording and communicating stewardship activities and outcomes - Identifying the practical implications of regulation - Developing policies and reporting relating to sustainable investment I am a Board Member for following investment funds in Denmark: Lån & Spar Invest, Lån & Spar MixInvest and Gudme Raaschou. I am formerly Head of ESG and Compliance and Legal Counsel at Unipension in Denmark, now known as AkademikerPension, a founding board member and Vice Chair of Dansif, Chair of the Client Advisory Board at Hermes EOS and Alternate Board Member at the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. I hold Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, have completed Conflict Management in Organisations and Coaching course at Copenhagen Business Academy and Leadership Education at MANNAZ. I am a passionate mother, baker and love to learn new things about myself and the world, not least via travelling and power of nature.
