More than 27 Twenty Seven years of work experience, Logistics Management & Operations Management mega (FM) projects & Supply Chain Management & Project Planning & Strategic Planning, Strong Organizational & Development & implementation of O&M policies. Strong experience to finding logistics solutions such as plan, and coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services optimization, routing and shipment optimization, including field engineering assignments for development of plans, schedules procedures, and construction methods and system for programs. Management of large projects logistics of high complexity, including team management, schedule and cost control, and managing the efficient movement of goods, materials, and equipment to support the client's operations and development projects. Strong problem solving, leadership and management skills and ability to with a broad range of people, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage conflict and tough negotiation. Ability to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment between all parties including the client, contractors, to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely delivery of goods, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Extensive leadership experience in managing a regionally distributed and culturally diverse team and present as someone who has significant personal authority and competence. Track of projects logistics performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Manage suppliers (scaffolding, temporary electrics, plumbing, and welfare and office accommodation). Good experience in logistics software and systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS). Ability to add value, reduce costs and promoting a sustainable approach to logistic procurement and supply chain development. Comfortable interacting at multiple levels and analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within specified timeframes. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an understanding of diverse ethnic backgrounds.  Knowledge of occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety rules.
