About 10 years’ experience in operation & maintenance field in manufacturing, automobile, oil & gas, construction industries, pharmaceutical industries. Overall responsible for operation & maintenance functions of plant, utility equipment’s, project department, environment health & safety dept. Including Total fleet of equipment is 1245 in the overall plant. Guiding a team of 43+ people in daily routine activities to improve plant availability. Responsible for all Utility dept licensing for Electricity, water, and natural gas and communication with Govt authority. Prepare Justification and analysis of electricity bills, Water bill, Natural gas bill and present with the management. Preparing the Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly budget as per manufacturing plan and justify it as per production & dispatch. Conducted daily DWM, dept review meeting, Environment, safety, production meeting, to meet the target. Taking care, responsible and manage of Greenco Project, RCT project, IMS internal & external audit, monthly safety audit, 5S audits, Energy management audit (ISO 50001), Govt audit, Yearly electrical duty officer audit, HR & IR compliances. Strong engineering professional with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. (2007 - 2011) Data analysis/analytics, visualizations and making interactive dashboards of Operation data, KPI data, MIS data, Skill monitoring, Operation cockpit data, etc. Saving of 60 to 70 lacs annual with implementing various kaizens, RCT theme, VC VE projects of plant Operation. Section Head, overall in charge of utility equipment like air compressors, PSA Oxygen Generation plant, Bigfoot (AHU), Chillers, HVAC system, split AC, cassette units, ETP, STP, WTP, MEE (Multi effect Evaporator) plant, RO Plant, filtration unit, Hot water generators, Diesel generators (1500KVA), firefighting & auxiliary, Transformer of capacity 12.5MVA, Transformers 2500KVA, Overall plant lighting system, Solar plant (1.9 MW), Planning and Execution of Preventive & Breakdown Operation & Maintenance of Substations, HT/LT Transmission Lines.
