One of my favorite sayings comes from an educator and author named Peter Drucker, “the best way to predict the future is to create it.” To create the future there is no alternative to being skilled labor in this modern era. Throughout my entrepreneurship and business development career for more than 6+ years in an IT company, I have always appreciated opportunities for youth to develop their skills. As a part of Shikhbe Shobai, I have a passion for Skill Development and a vision of developing a generation of skilled workers. We have trained almost 15000+ students in different IT skills like Graphic & UI Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Motion Graphics, etc. Since the organization's establishment. More than 8500 students successfully support their families and societies by working at online and offline marketplaces whose accumulated income is approximately 1.7 million dollars. At Shikhbe Shobai I have contributed to developing a Freelancers Community of around 110K+ members and well-wishers throughout the country who are playing a vital role to share knowledge and help each other. I have driven my companies to more than 100+ companies across the country to collaborate on multiple projects valued at not less than $87K. Further, I have played an important role in connecting my companies with the ICT Division and some other Government institutions in Bangladesh for a series of skill development training programs.
