Zane Cole

Zane Cole is focused on Industrial Tenant Representation in commercial real estate. He has provided a higher level of service to his clients in Central Texas by maintaining an industrial real estate focus. He has specific real estate experience and a knowledge base pertaining to the needs of industrial users. Prior to his involvement in Commercial Real Estate, Zane served as a software engineer as well as a technical marketing engineer in the semiconductor industry. With a strong technical background, Mr. Cole brings his analytical skill set to every transaction. Zane brings a decade of industrial transaction experience to the team. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Cole was an Industrial Specialist at Aquila Commercial and at HPI Corporate Services – both in Austin, TX. Zane earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin. He had a successful collegiate career in track and field at The University of Texas and additionally as an elite-level athlete on the professional circuit. Zane is consistently named in the Austin Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list for Industrial brokers, and has won the CoStar Power Broker award on several occasions. In 2011, he won the Industrial Deal of the Year award at the ABJ’s Best Real Estate Awards. He is currently serving on the board of TAPN, a professional network for former letter-winners at The University of Texas. Additionally, Zane has been involved with Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA), Goodwill of Central Texas, International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), The University of Texas Alumni Association, and the T-Association.
