I have successfully worked with PGi for 6 years. Starting with a position in Facilities Management for 2 years, with zero experienced, I managed to handle projects i.e building renovation, fit-in and fit-out independently for APAC. When the company found that there were no more projects to managed, I was almost being laid off as there was no need for my position in the company anymore. Then I was offered by Customer Service Team and joined since 2018 till current. First 2 years I was in the Call Delivery and Reservation team. I led and runs conferences and as well handling and processing conference booking. As a senior I received offer to moved to Enhanced Services till current, back end processing call report and billing for clients. I had also given the trust to trained APAC team on Enhanced Services and lead the APAC team as a senior agent in Enhanced services department.
