I am passionate about leading a dynamic staff to engage, motivate and inspire students of all abilities to reach their full potential. I have led various projects that promote differentiated learning strategies in Mathematics including the use of technology in the classroom to create interactive learning spaces and opportunities for students to excel in there interest areas. Moreover, I have led the development of STEM activities and competitions to help prepare students for our ever changing, complex and dynamic society. Further, I have led the development of numeracy diagnostic tasks for students across stages 4 and 5 which have been used widely across different schools. In addition, I have trained staff in the use of new technologies/software to make processes more efficient and purposeful.
