My ability to analyze, see patterns in production flows and to communicate with all levels of the organization is a useful asset. I’m comfortable in working with continuous improvement and as a team player finding new ways of doing things. My sense of analysis is giving me the talent to transform fact-based information to strategic, effective, and better processes, always with quality in mind. I use challenges as a goal to deliver good results and I keep reflecting and strive to work more efficient through LEAN methods. As team player it’s also important for me to collaborate in an ethic way with all departments from the production floor to the highest management. I work in a structured manner and gets motivated being a coach for others getting good results. It’s important to me that I have good relations, an open dialog with coworkers and a high trust from management.
