I have been practicing and providing geotechnical, water infrastructure, and geo-environmental engineering disciplines services in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, and Maryland for the past 31 years. I am highly knowledgeable in planning, designing, and managing geotechnical investigations and studies based on project- and site-specific conditions. I have also supervised, mentored, and managed groups of engineers, geologists, and engineering technicians. I have also managed branch offices. I am proficient in using cone penetrometer test (CPT) technology to calculate pile foundations capacity; • complex settlement analysis including the use of dissipation tests from CPT soundings to calculate time rates of settlement; • intricate slope stability analysis including earth embankment and cut slopes (including seepage) and failed/distressed rebuilt earthen levees; • earth retaining walls analysis and design; • design-build projects; • ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a collaborative environment; • ability to collaborate and work with other engineering and science disciplines on multidiscipline complex projects; • third-party independent technical reviews of geotechnical engineering reports; and • ability to do remote work in a team environment; and
