Field Professional for Schlumberger-MI SWACO / Halliburton-BAROID (Egypt-Kuwait-Saudi Arabia) with more than 15 years experience in offshore and deepwater operations utilizing high mud weights with BHT up to 350 F. As senior engineer helped clients to solve drilling fluid challenges and BAROID to close the gap between planned and actual with better job validations. The outstanding performance during oilfield downturn helped BAROID to retain contracts and increased rig count despite tender share. Mentoring FSRs provided company better opportunities among the people process and helped the company to expand the field's senior staff. During the Mediterranean deepwater campaign, BAROID assignment was to sustain customers' distinct service quality meanwhile mentoring young potentials to expand deepwater senior stuff. On MI SWACO participated to expand RHELIANT OBM operations within SAUDI ARAMCO, the first usage of 94 PCF Marble only weighted SWACO OBM to be a success story helped provide RHELIANT the upper hand on Saudi ARAMCO against other competitors with the best market share. Currently as a fluid specialist with Schlumberger willing to boost overseas knowledge and exposure that shall provide better chance of getting the ultimate experience.
