I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, passionate about One Health research, especially working with highly pathogenic viruses (rabies virus, coronaviruses, influenzavirus..) at the Institut Pasteur of Tunis (Tunisia). Molecular epidemiology is the word that best describes my skills. My favourite scientific methods are Spatial epidemiology, work with data bases (SQL), PCR analysis, NGS sequencing and phylogeography. I plan to pursue a career in molecular epidemiology of zoonotic diseases.
