Through my four years of study I have gained the necessary skills to become very proficient in what I do. I have completed Library Science and Information Science modules and also I have done Language and Communication as my third major. I have a considerable experience as I have completed my fieldwork at Nampak Research and Development Library, I also volunteered at Gugulethu Public Library during my extra time. I am very confident that I will be a great asset in your Department if you allow me to showcase my talent and skills. I have excellent communication skills, liaison skills, computer skills and I am able to work as an individual as well as in a group. I also easily adapt to new work experiences and I am a team player. I am also innovative and compliant.I have worked for the University library at U.W.C and I have volunteered at the Trade Union Library at Labour Research Service. I am currently working as a librarian at Nampak Research and Development. I am a hard worker and I am able to work under pressure. I have good interpersonal communication skills as I believe serving people is my main duty. I will meet deadlines and I am also a great believer in time management.
