Job Experience ● Schedule for sale returns and shipping documents ● RTV transaction and return shipping document ● Process RMA replacement transaction for all projects ● Process RMA credit return for all projects ● Process local scrap material transaction ● Tracking incoming and outgoing materials ● Checking AWB for the payment ● Updating daily ATB and PSD material shortages report ● Monitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers ● Perform support duties as assigned to assist Buyers, Warehouse, Receiving, logistics departments and Sales ● To generate reports and summaries from raw data ● Ensure implementation of a smooth transaction and integration of the incomings and outgoings raw material shipment ● Locate materials supplies by pulling and verifying materials ● To provide accurate incoming information to the management of raw materials ● Transfer material and to ensure will ship out timely ● To ensure that all transactions relating to materials are processed ● A well-managed system of materials control ensure the availability of different kinds of material without delay ● Review all System Tools and make recommendations for improvements, changes, or additions to support improved materials efficiencies
