Over 30 years of Federal Human Capital Management expertise with extensive experience in staffing and recruiting including automated recruitment systems, pay administration, HR information systems and classification. Most recently worked as HR functional expert on a contract with Deloitte Consulting Group supporting Immigration and Citizenship Enforcement (ICE) in the stabilization, standardization and streamlining of CORE HR processes. Prior to ICE, worked on a contract with Northrop Grumman Information Technology involved in all aspects of the development and implementation of the DHS automated Performance Management system and Treasury’s automated recruitment system Career Connector. In-depth knowledge of Federal HR data requirements as well as NFC background has been invaluable in defining and developing system specifications for HR systems. Responsible for developing the NFC functional requirements for DHS pay banding implementation. Brings alternative pay systems expertise acquired through 5 years experience with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
