As an International Payroll Consultant, I coordinate the payroll process for employers with companies in France, Spain and Portugal. I make sure that the salaries are calculated, that the input and output correspond, that the deadlines are made and so much more. Moreover, when someone new joins the company, I ensure that the right information gets to the right people, so that all the necessary insurances are taken care of. Any general payroll related questions, I can also answer; ranging from how the vacation systems work, to reimbursing travel costs, to what information a pay slip contains. Because I work in an international environment, I frequently use all the languages I have any knowledge of – going from German to Spanish and even a little bit of Portuguese.
