Key responsibilities End to end recruitment of Executive Roles for the entire organisation including the Regional offices Ensuring that the recruitment of executives is in line with the company’s employment equity strategy and over and above that also ran with the following project; Female Leaders Programme which is a programme run in partnership with Gibs but is fully sponsored by the company, this is part of the company Social Responsibility Contribution The Reconnect Programme, reconnecting those who took a career break back to the working environment As an executive recruiter sourced and placed EE Candidates at Leadership positions as per the company’s EE Strategy which improved the company’s BBBEE Scorecard by partnering with effective internal researchers which yielded the following results; Saved the company cost on placement fees Expedited the time to fill vacancies Attracted the best talent in the market. Improved and extended candidates’ experience even beyond being appointed by continuously checking in with the new employee for a period of three months. I received recognition from my leaders for attracting the best African Females Leaders to our Female Leaders Programme and converting some candidates where there was an opportunity which matched their profiles, a return on investment for the organisation
