What are at Pentaxia most proud of? Our people! We're a successful, family run business with a loyal and skillful workforce and are always looking for new talent to add to our extensive workforce. We are passionate about British Engineering and the development of new talent into the industry. We’ve worked hard to develop a world-class work force across the years, who work across all facets of advanced composite engineering – from tooling design and machining through to composite laminating and surface finishing. As a business we consider ourselves an “end to end” solution provider, undertaking all aspects of supply from tooling design, manufacturing and component production, right through to surface finishing - one of the only UK manufactures which see the process all the way through to delivering the product to our customer. We supply many high-profile, demanding clients across aerospace, automotive, motor sport, defence sectors and are always very proud of the finished product. I am a standalone HR Manager, supporting the company with all HR aspects and helping to develop training for the business. I provide the Company with insights about the people who work for us, sift through the high number of applications we receive, searching for new talent and looking for the right candidates who share our passion for engineering. I have successfully passed my CIPD Level 5 HR Consultant Partner through an apprenticeship (thanks to Pentaxia)! Few things about me, process improvement, I love a good process and seeing the benefits of making working life easier for others (and myself) and passionate about helping people. I'm a very passionate person, married, have a beautiful daughter, love adventures and visiting new places around the world.
