My personal philosophy is based around one of relationships, conversations and ideas. This is passionately lived through the way I work. I help create new conversations about our industry, invested with a new type of purpose through gaining commitment from the top. The conversations start with people at the core. I identify and recommend a dynamic in which leaders through their people create high-trust cultures. This helps to create a climate in which information sharing and healthy risk taking flourish. The trust inherent in this kind of culture allows people to critically think, and ask questions, all in which challenge the norms. The aim is to organically innovation and create a sense of purpose. A true understanding that the environment we create for our people is the key to boosting the bottom line. This is a sustainable business model no matter the external market.
