Management: I have excellent management skills demonstrated by effective and efficient management of the facilitation projects starting from developing the relevant standards for particular skills to be taught Co-ordination and liaising with neighboring school about programmes offered in Department. I have been instrumental in the management and facilitation of educational activities for different age groups. • As a member of SDT: I have work-shopped educators in various areas which were current and relevant to their professional integrity i.e. IQMS the NQF and NCS. Involved in the internal whole school evaluation that is conducted annually to evaluate the overall effectiveness of a school which include the support provided by the district, school management team, infrastructure and learning resources as well as the quality of learning and teaching.
