I am a passionate special needs professional, grateful for a career that has allowed me diverse opportunities to work with inspiring and spirited people from around the world. Although my primary goal is to support young people with disabilities, living in rural Africa opened my eyes to the needs of all who are marginalised, excluded and deprived of their basic human rights, but deserving of the chance to realise their full potential. Career summary: •Grassroots involvement in disability and children's rights, including rehabilitation and educational programmes, advocacy and social inclusion. Focusing on young people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
