In a lifetime of a company or an individual, there is not too much room for inefficiencies and lack of competence. Yet, I can see so many software developers follow horrible processes, write unmaintainable code, and live a life that is way below their potential. As I strongly believe in the peer group effect, I have made my mission to help my peer group level up. I love to see people unlock their potential, therefore, I elevate, possibly disrupt standards, and lead my peer group towards a better life. I believe the path of lower resistance results in a painful career. A better life is a result of hard work. This is because in my world, progress equals happiness. Therefore, as a software engineer, leader, and author, I want to utilize my intellectual capacity to lead by example. I challenge myself to solve complex business problems, and deliver real business value instead of purely focusing on technology. I will bring my unique experience, insight, and problem solving skills to continuously improve and innovate products and processes, and help other team members reach peak performance. I made it my passion to detect talent and build functional teams that get things done. By striving to master my own psychology, I regularly mentor and coach my team to maximize our long term performance.
