I’ve made a career of helping organisations in highly regulated environments to enable productive, two-way conversations between employers and their people. I am passionate about involving employees in co-creating solutions for their customers, their workplace and their roles – all focused on improving performance, commercial success and making work more enjoyable. Experienced in setting up and managing teams and a guide other team members. Most recently I’ve worked with EY and Cbus Super Fund. In my last role in the UK I helped Virgin Atlantic & Virgin Holidays to build and embed shared values and increase engagement to 90% at Virgin Holidays.
