Currently working as HR Manager of Modhumoti Bank Limited since September 2017. Responsible for HR Operations including HR planning & Resourcing, Policy making and deployment, Learning and Development, Data Management and Employee Development Program such as MT Development and Managerial Skill Development Program. Also have successfully initiated several projects for the bank including Training Need Assessment, circulation of yearly training Calendar, Management Trainee Development Program, e-learning, distance learning, online quiz and surveys and other HR related issues. Prior to Modhumoti Bank, have worked in Trust Bank from July 2013. Responsibilities at TBL were to look after the "HR Planning and Resourcing" unit of HRD. Apart from that also worked on other HR projects related to employee engagement. Have been very active in sports and club activities during student life. Very interested to know people psychology and study their behavior. Like doing new things, travelling, listening to music and playing several sports such as cricket, basketball, table tennis etc.
