I have a diverse approach to managing people and product. I have several differing approaches at my disposal in accomplishing the goals set forth within the time constraints. I am a hands-on manager. I believe that a workforce that understands the process will respect the importance and are more likely to follow the formulation. I have managed diverse groups of workers with differing skill sets and levels of education. I have worked in a union as well as non union environment. I have 24+ yrs of reformulation. I have 10+ years of innovative formulation. I have patent experience as well as developing original successful product lines. I have established SOPs and quality control procedures for 3 separate (ADR, newlook, Xsys) companies. I have 10+ yrs of taking a formula from cradle to grave (newlook, gans). I have 24+ years of troubleshooting which includes working with sales, production, and customers as needed. In formulating, I am cost, VOC, and performance driven.
