I’m an experienced warehouse logistics professional, with a proven ability to oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of automotive car components. I have the necessary skills required to administer, improve and develop a warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service. I’m a hardworking, proactive individual with an upbeat positive attitude, who also has extensive knowledge of working practices, recruitment, pay, conditions of employment, diversity issues and health and safety, excellent leadership skills by successfully managing teams and achieving and exceeding company objectives. I can work under pressure and I enjoy overcoming adversities presented. I currently Manage the National Distribution Centre that supply 190+ branches nationwide. More than 200 pallets per night are shipped to branches around the UK. I have a workforce of circa 60 who report to their supervisors which in turn report to myself. I deal with recruitment, health & safety, disciplinaries plus I am involved in numerous projects.
