PCBA MANUFACTURING ENGINEER FOR HIGH MIX LOW VOLUME PRODUCT. Responsible in handling highest revenue projects PCBA product that high mix high volume in company plant.  Work and support NPI team in new product establishment in company. Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time for PCBA product Ensuring in manufacturing processes requirements are derived from customer requirements on product performance are being expedited; Ensuring meeting all affected ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 1400:2015 , IPC standard and ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 requirement are meet. Perform process validation/verification for new part incoming or assembly process of new PCBA. Responsible for planning and establishing the control of production and monitor the trend of process performance by providing process flow, VPI and instruction to run product in line. Prepare and ensure process work instructions are available and updated that proficient for plant to run. Liaise with vendors / customers on product-related issues; Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company. Generate overall process flow of customer product from start to finish to run while maximizing production capability while maintaining customer product spec and quality.  Generate stencil, pallet and tooling for PCBA product to run at plant. Validate and troubleshoot reject from customer or internal by rootcause and give improvement and solution. Continuous KAIZEN improvement at plant targeting reducing quality of defect, improve product yield, company cost saving and introduction of new technology to attract future business from customer. Support and provide custom design solution on customer defective product to run at plant. This establish good working relationship between company and customer Technical writing for process documentation & audit in plant system. One of the team in preparing document and audit for OHSAS 1800: 2008 transition to ISO 45001:2018
