- experience in manufacturing bottling and manufacturing of softdrinks and juice via applying preventive maintenance for production line and utilities machines(filler,blowmoulder,seamer,shrink,palletizer,depalletizer,labeller, air compressors,ammonia compressors,boilers,mcc room,water treatment station.syrup room) -experience in maintenance of medical manufacturing machines (plastic injection machines, syringe assembly machines, barrel printing machines, thermoforming packing machine , air compressors, chillers and air handling units. -experience in control , automation , plc siemens S7-200 , 300 and 400 , plc Siemens logo , scada systems (WinCC Flexible and zenon ) and frequency inverters (danfoss , acopos , simanics , fuji electric ). - Performing and supervising the plans for preventive and predictive maintenances. - Coordination with production & quality control department for optimizing the maintenance timing. - Performing purchasing requests. - Implementing the excellence in maintenance EXIM. - utilizing the oracle maintenance module for managing the PM program and extracting the reports. - apply relevant EOHS policy and procedures.
