Supports Product team with communications between internal & external stakeholders. Supports team with templates, for example creating stakeholder lists, maps, & matrices. Collects organizes & analyzes quantitative and qualitative product data enabling the entire organization to make the most of its insights. Researches and includes data, such as product usage, Net Promoter Score (NPS), to make transparent insights on product stickiness, customer feedback, feature requests, and support tickets. Optimise routine operational activities like sprint and release planning - Optimizes the current processes and looks to fine-tune them if current practice is not leading to the expected results. Coordinates communication of releases. Supports PMs to be operationally effective as Product Owners. Enable the onboarding and offboarding processes for people and products. Onboarding people- Provides user credentials to platform journeys, different tool access etc. Facilitates and assists with implementing onboarding steps for new joiners. Onboarding products & features: - Maintains useful information in product guides. Ensures PMs create/maintain supportive guides and Knowledgebase for the new onboarded features. Informs relevant stakeholders about the resources available for the new features. Offboarding People - Off-boards users, removes access to the platform, different tools etc. Offboarding products & features - Removes / archives off-boarded features, docs, templates, etc. Track and manage our customer feedback lifecycle for the benefit of Alef as a whole. Support, facilitate, follow up, coordinate, fill in, inquire into, conduct spike research - Facilitates the different team groups to perform customer feedback. Tries different methods for feedback gathering - Qualitative, Quantitative or both. Creates and maintains a centralized repository for Customer feedback & Establishes Product feedback cycle. Maintains and optimises product feedback cycles. Implement & manage our product management tool stack well - Implement and manage the tool stack. Introduce single alternatives for multiple tools. Manage tool access - user creds., access URLs etc Maintaining our knowledge repository, templates, reference guides etc. - Establish a KB(knowledge management) Portal for the product. Maintain the current Product doc repos such as google Docs etc. Solve problems & create a beautiful frictionless user experience - Support the Research team to target the audience to understand the user's mental model. Assists PMs to Design a product with a full user journey in mind.
