Now working for a major beverages company at Bellshill. Providing Technical lead for a highly skilled technical team, supporting engineering services across multiple sites, driving innovative programs to achieve maintenance excellence after recently being awarded the accolade of Maintenance World Class by Amis. Previously worked at Alere Technologies in Stirling. I joined the company shortly after its initial start up. Focusing on setting up a complete fit for purpose maintenance system within medical device guidelines. As well as the maintenance side of the role, I managed several equipment projects. From moving large equipment site to site, purchasing new equipment, integrating new equipment into our automated line lines. Managing all aspects of the projects from URS writing, vendor selection, creation of validation protocols and associated Risk assessments and change control. I focus on completing goals but what drives me more is how we go about delivering these goals. I demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to all areas of work with a strong focus on meeting customer needs with enthusiasm and determination. I am a strong team player maintaining high levels of integrity with others. I have worked for market leaders in Electronics, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. I can contribute as an excellent resource across industries.
