- The primary responsibility to independently manage the integrated planning and implementation for all plant - Coordinate activities inputs from various departments, map against operations constraints, lead prioritization effort and produce a fully integrated and prioritized plan. - Planning, scheduling, organizing maintenance activity all of equipment base on maintenance work order (MWO). - Maintain equipment data base (SAP), review mechanical critical parts and ensure material stock at warehouse logistic before repair and overhoul equipment in order maintenance activity (repair, overhoul, modification) can run efficiently, on time and meet with organization standard. - Set up budget OPEX and CAPEX and control related with activities -Performing regular evaluation on maintenance performances index and develop strategy to improve productivity - Provide necessary bids for outside vendors, oversees such contracted vendors and ensures work is completed on time and meet with standards
