I have completed my CISCO CCNA R&S at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (Cape Town Campus).These are Networking courses that entail Network Security,IP Telephony,Troubleshooting,Routing,Switching,Linux,Basic SQL,Basic Bash scripting,A+,N+ along with DNS,DHCP,TCP/IP,services.I have been practically exposed to designing,organize,install,manage and troubleshoot small and large networks( LAN and WAN).I have done System Support training at Bytes Technology where I have dealt with VMware,Active Directory,Group Policies. I have done system backups at Old Mutual and SAMWUMED. Current work experience: Currently working Working for Multi Media Computer (MMC) as a Technical Support Engineer. Contract end for Engen Oil - Division of Data Centrix as a IT Service Desk Support Engineer, My core competencies include development and management of networking systems. I am a hard worker, easily adaptable and very motivated, efficient team player with excellent communication skills at all levels, analytical thinking and problem solving skills are essential to my success in networking and System Support Engineer optimization.
