My name is Russ Hudnall. I have been a San Marcos resident for 15 years, and a Texan my entire life. After living in many areas of this great state I can say for certain I enjoy this area the most. I enjoy it so much I married my beautiful wife right here along the banks of the San Marcos river and bought a home here that we share with our wonderfully rambunctious 6-year-old son. Having lived here for so long I have seen the growth and changes to the real estate market and use that knowledge to my client’s advantage. My philosophy is that knowledge is power, that is why I continually educate myself not only in the latest real estate practices and technologies, but in my market and the community of people that make this such a desirable place to make home. I joined Keller Williams Realty with the James Walker Team because I care about my community and the team philosophy that James and the team stand behind. I bought my first home through James Walker over 6 years ago and can tell you from personal experience that his morals and sense of community have not waivered. It is this professionalism and customer centric atmosphere that brought me to join the team when I decided to make real estate my career.
