An experienced and highly motivated Delivery and Senior Test Manager with over 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Delivery Management and Programme Test Management roles, managing teams of up to 35 people in multiple global locations. Career Highlights: • Transformation of BP Oil Derivative applications from Waterfall to Agile and delivering part of a major BP Oil project based on this approach on time and to budget. • QA Manager for Bank of America Merrill Lynch EMEA Securities department, standardising Test Processes for both Agile and Waterfall deliveries while managing a team of 35 on and offshore testers, testing over 180 applications with volumes of up to seven million transactions per day. • Implementing a UAT Regression Test Automation pack that saved 16 weeks, elapsed, of test execution time per year at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. • Established QA standard processes and documentation across the development life-cycle to ensure CMMI Level 2 compliance of the Credit IT department at BNP Paribas. • Definition of Fixed Income test automation standards at BNP Paribas. • Managing the successful implementation of an application replacing Open Link for Oil Derivatives trade processing as part of a project saving $50 million in Operating costs over three years including an automated test pack that was extended to cover integration testing of other applications. • Implemented continuous integration and automated deployments at BP for application builds, cutting application deployment time for Front Office applications from six hours to 15 minutes.
