Am passionate about caring for people. I have been in the caring profession for 33yrs. I love giving end of life care the most as it is the last good care we can give. I started out as a care assistant, then became an assistant manager of a residential home, changing from that into a care coordinator in the same home, then went on to gain my qualification as an assistant practitioner in 2012. I also acted as a manager for about 8 months when the manager left.
