My main responsibilities as a Assistant Team lead (Associate Process Analyst) include: - To analyze the customer issues and escalations and to and provided response accordingly - Analyze the process gap and loop holes in the process structure and to fix it, get the solution documented and preparation of case studies and all the necessary process SOP's to be documented. - To deal with complex scenarios, conduct research, data analyze and provide solution for the issues faced by team members - Reviewed valuation documents for assessment of value of the collateral for a mortgage loan (both government and conventional). - Random Audit & Quality Check (QC) of task completed by other members and audit of data. - Conducting initial and in depth training of the new team members and handling with their issues. -
