• Lead and mentored high-performing team of associate, team leaders and managers through regular performance reviews, individual feedback and professional coaching. • Hired and evaluated associates and managers to add to workforce and meet demands. • Providing Accounting solutions to hedge Funds for independent valuation, investor transparency and regulatory compliance. • Calculating and Validating the NAV and the Profit & Loss of the complex hedge fund clients on a daily/monthly basis. • Review and/or reperform calculation of management, incentive fees and complex waterfall calculations and ensure fees are correctly charged to investors as per the Fund's PPM. • Review the booking of daily and monthly non security related accruals including management fee and financing accruals. • Work and liaise with internal resources (primarily colleagues in the U.S.), external fund administrators, and external auditors to meet all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines. • Perform Middle Office functions including P&L analysis, daily cash projections, calculations of FX transfer required for funding, check client's contribution and redemption etc. • Review non automated transactions processed by the team including OTC Derivatives and their related cash movements. • Assisting the Financial Reporting team in the review of audited financial statements for clients. • Collaborate with the transition management team in onboarding new fund launches and conversion clients and setting them up on the firm systems. • Perform daily and monthly securities pricing analysis. • Benchmarking the client's portfolio with third party vendors like (Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit) to ensure that the each security is fairly priced. • Review reconciliations for products like Cash, Stocks, Equity Swaps, CDS, Bond Forwards, and FX Options between client & broker books of accounts to resolve breaks. • Validate and process corporate action data. • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities in the daily processing activities.
