I started with Amtrak 30 year ago. For the past 23 years I’ve been a Supervisor at the Reservation Call Center. During this time I have filled in as an Acting Operation Manager and have held the positions of Evening Safety Officer, Office Events Coordinator, ADA Office Coordinator, Coast Starlight Hospitality Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, Interviewer and Trainer. I am very confident in my abilities to take any position that I hold to a new level. During my tenure as Supervisor I have interacted with passengers, product line Manager and OCR analyzing and resolving passenger concerns. I pride myself on being successful in turning a negative situation into a positive one. I have spoken directly with and corresponded with passengers to insure that their problems were priority and handled with a personal touch. I currently hold the position of ADA Office Coordinator. I am literate with Arrow/Railres and very familiar with Amtrak company policies and procedures. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
