Christopher Cerezo

Chris Cerezo is a Salesforce Junior Administrator at A-LIGN. He is primarily responsible for providing support for Salesforce to A-LIGN's internal users. He is also charged with user management activities, various report and dashboard creation tasks, as well as participating in all user acceptance testing efforts for new features. Prior to joining the A-LIGN family, Chris worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Ideal Agent, a real estate tech startup, where he was responsible for evaluating and testing new and existing software as well ensuring the data integrity and health of the database. Preceding this, he also worked as a Data Specialist Administrator at Proforma, a marketing solutions provider and promotional product distributor franchise; where he provided salesforce support to internal users and spearheaded the adoption of the salesforce lightning user experience and ensured an efficient rollout. Through these experiences, Chris accumulated relational database knowledge using both Salesforce and Zoho. To be in a state of constant innovation is a virtue Chris is continuously striving for. He believes this to indeed be a virtue, as there is a moral imperative to never stagnate. Once one accepts their work or current state as the best of all possible scenarios, they have ensured themselves to the contrary.
