In these roles I’m tasked with building L&D teams, providing leadership coaching and training on interpersonal communications, self-awareness, and manager development through the lens of diversity and inclusion. I work with managers and teams all over the world to ensure that they are developing in their professional and personal life. Employing frameworks like VitalSmarts’ Crucial Conversations and Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead, I help individuals practice courage and leadership in the workplace.
