I believe I am effective at Intelligence, Investigation and Special Operation works. This are normally my works for the past 16 years of experience in the Philippine National Police and even during my two (2) United Nations' Missions here in East Timor from UNMISET in 2002 and the present UNMIT 2006. I have completed three (3) degrees to my credit namely: Bachelor of Arts (AB) in Political Science, Bachelor of Science in Public Safety (BSPS) from the Philippine National Police Academy and Master in Public Administration (MPA). I have passed and qualified four (4) Government eligibilities in my country namely: Police Officer 2nd Class (1989), Police Officer Ist Class (1991) Civil Service Professional (1999) and Police Superintendent Eligibility (2002). My Trainings and qualification were the following: Graduate, 10 month Philippine Army Special Forces Course (SFOC)Cl#80, Basic Airborne Course (BAC), SCUBA Course, Urban Counter Revolutionary Warfare Course (Sureshock), Post Blast Investigation Course (PBI), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Course, Counter Hijack Course (Aus SAS Instructors), Senior InvestigationOfficer Course (SIOC, British Instructors) Strategic Intelligence Course from the Directorate for Intelligence (DI), PNP. My goal: I want to get the best paying job for my qualification as possible and then retire to put my own venture where I can manage and transfer my skills to my children. Specialties: Government Liason, other liasoning activities, organization (recruitment) training, Investigation, Intelligence and Special Operations. I can organize, manage, supervise and direct security units, conduct threat assessments, conduct security and personnel investigation, develop, organize, train, command and control security or para military units and other formed units.
