* Recruiting blue collars and searching for new sourcing channels * Receiving and reviewing the hiring documents from candidates to be employed * Register new hires data on the system (SAP and Trends). * Evaluation of employees’ performance within probation period and for annual renewal * Responsible for calculating the attendance of employees including leaves, missions and anything related to time. * Calculating monthly incentive for the workers * Creating data base for the company * Responsible for overall termination cycle * Calculating variables for the terminated employees * Direct contact with employees to fulfill their needs and solving their problems * Ensure, revise and tracking employees’ files to avoid any missing hiring document or any company document
