Kim Bartolotti

Kim joined ESC in 2004 as our Director of Strategic Operations. Prior to joining ESC, Kim was the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Administration for Voice Technologies Group, Inc.(VTG), a local technology company who was acquired by Intel in 2001. Kim’s initial role with VTG was similar to that of her current position with ESC and her contributions were instrumental in the success and growth of VTG. She also was an integral part of acquisition team and once, with Intel, she assumed responsibility for managing the human resources function for four different Intel sites in New York, Toronto, New Jersey and Massachusetts serving over 1200 employees. Kim’s experience with ESC dates back to her days with VTG when she selected ESC as a value-added vendor providing enhanced human resources outsourcing services to VTG’s employees and owners. Kim brings over 25 years of business and human resources experience to ESC and its customers. Her role is to focus on the evaluation of strategic projects and continuous improvement of core business practices in support of ESC’s mission to earn customer loyalty on a daily basis.
