BiCMOS with 180nm CMOS and 130nm 240 GHz Ft Bipolar. Power management with 180nm CMOS and 5V-60V LDMOS. System architecture expertise includes: Transceiver signal path, frequency synthesis, programmable modes targeting different customer markets, automatic gain control systems, built in calibration and testability. Power management including input power selection, battery control, solar with MPPT and energy harvesting, DC/DC conversion, and low dropout regulators for low noise. Circuit design expertise includes: Low noise high linearity RF receivers from 50 MHz to 6 GHz including RF multimode low noise amplifiers, image and harmonic reject active and passive mixers, wideband and narrowband power detectors, and RF and baseband filters.
